Stop Waiting for Permission. Start Creating Impact.
You have ideas. You want to build something meaningful. You're ready to contribute—but you don't know where to start.
What if the next 3 months could change that?
3 months · 5-8 hours/week · Real projects · Actual impact
What You'll Actually Do
Forget busy work. Forget "helping out." Here's what being a Pathfinder looks like:

Discover Where You Thrive
You'll rotate through three areas of Crowdpen's work—community building, events, and partnerships. Each week is a different challenge. By the end, you know where you fit and what excites you.

Build Something Real
You'll join a team working on live projects. Marketing campaigns. Community events. Creator partnerships. Real deliverables with your name on them. Measurable outcomes.

Show What You Built
You'll complete your project and present it to the entire Crowdpen community. Walk away with portfolio-worthy work and proof you can deliver.
Plus: You'll learn as you go—from guest experts, peer workshops, and hands-on experience you can't get from a course.
What You Get
This isn't a certificate program. It's a launchpad.

The Truth About This Program
This isn't passive learning. You won't just watch videos or read articles.
You'll be assigned real work. You'll have deadlines. You'll need to collaborate with people you've never met. Some weeks will be harder than others.
But here's what makes it worth it:
- •Your work will actually get used
- •You'll have people who believe in you and push you to grow
- •You'll build something you're proud of
- •You'll find your people
If you want easy, this isn't it. If you want real, this is exactly it.
One Last Thing
The world doesn't need more people waiting for permission.
It needs people who are willing to show up, try things, and build alongside others who care.
If that's you, we'll see you inside.
